- 1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. salted butter, melted
- 2 cups blueberries, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp. sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the rinsed blueberries.
- Pour the batter into the slow cooker and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining sugar on top.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until golden brown.
Notes
Can substitute fresh blueberries with frozen ones if desired.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for a delightful treat.
Feel free to add a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
