Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. salted butter, melted
  • 2 cups blueberries, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry and stir until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the rinsed blueberries.
  5. Pour the batter into the slow cooker and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining sugar on top.
  7. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until golden brown.

Notes

Can substitute fresh blueberries with frozen ones if desired.
