This Slow Cooker Lasagna With Ravioli boasts an irresistible blend of flavors with layers of frozen ravioli, savory beef, and gooey mozzarella, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 25 oz. frozen ravioli – do not thaw, (i use 5 cheese)
  • 1 lb. ground beef, (can use mild sausage)
  • 1 cup white onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried leaf oregano, (not ground)
  • 24 oz. marinara sauce, (i use rao's)
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, (2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Heat a medium-sized non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef and diced onion. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Cook until browned, keeping some liquid for moisture.
  2. Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray.
  3. Spread half of the marinara sauce at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  5. Top with the entire ground beef mixture.
  6. Add the remaining ravioli on top of the beef.
  7. Pour the rest of the marinara sauce over the ravioli.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, you can substitute ground beef with mild sausage or a blend of meats.
Feel free to use different flavors of ravioli to customize the dish to your liking.
