- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2–3 breasts)
- ½ cup lemonade concentrate (thawed)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. red chili flakes
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- In the slow cooker, combine the lemonade concentrate, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, red chili flakes, ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker and drizzle some sauce over it.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Before serving, stir the sauce and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
Notes
Make sure to thaw the lemonade concentrate fully before use.
You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste for a milder or spicier flavor.
