- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine Greek yogurt and self-rising flour in a bowl until a shaggy dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 12 small portions and roll each portion into breadstick shapes.
- Place the breadsticks onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the butter mixture over the breadsticks and sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with marinara or your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding more herbs to the butter mixture.
These breadsticks are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 2 days in an airtight container.
Adjust the amount of garlic powder to suit your taste preferences.
