Ingredients
- 2 lbs. bone-in pork chops
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 1 ½ cups apple butter
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Put the pork chops in the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the apple butter over the pork chops.
- Layer sliced onion and apples on top of the pork chops, then drizzle with apple cider vinegar.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 7 hours without lifting the lid during cooking.
- After cooking, serve and enjoy!
Notes
For best flavor, use a high-quality apple butter.
