- 3 cups Apples, Sliced
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Cold Butter, Cubed
- 1 (17.5 oz) pouch Betty Crocker Oatmeal Cookie Mix
- 1/2 cup Butter, Melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees and spray an 8 x 8 pan with non-stick spray.
- Core, peel, and slice the apples, placing them in a large bowl. Toss with white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon to coat the apples evenly.
- Cut the cold butter into small cubes and mix into the apple mixture gently.
- Transfer the apple mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- In the same bowl, combine the oatmeal cookie mix with melted butter until crumbly. Spread this mixture evenly over the apples in the pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
