- 4 large fresh peaches
- 6 tsp butter
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- vanilla ice cream
- caramel sauce, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9×9 pan with non-stick spray.
- Halve the peaches and remove the pits, then arrange them in the prepared pan.
- Place 3/4 tsp of butter in the center of each peach half.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle the mixture over the peaches.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with caramel sauce if desired.

Use ripe peaches for the best flavor and texture.
