- 1 burrito size flour tortilla
- 2 tbsp cinnamon cream cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- cinnamon & sugar, optional
Instructions
- Spread the cream cheese on one side of the flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle fresh blueberries over half of the tortilla and fold the other half over, pressing down lightly.
- Spread 1/2 tablespoon of softened butter on one side of the quesadilla, then flip it over and spread the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of butter on the other side. Optionally, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on both buttered sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the quesadilla on each side until golden brown.
Notes
Feel free to add more fruits like strawberries or bananas for variation.
For an extra crunch, consider adding chopped nuts in the quesadilla.
