- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup beer
Instructions
- In a non-reactive saucepan, combine yellow mustard, dijon mustard, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, liquid smoke, dark brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, apple cider vinegar, and beer.
- Whisk the mixture until it's smooth.
- Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, taste, and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Allow the sauce to cool to room temperature before transferring it to an airtight glass container.
Notes
Store the sauce in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
