Ingredients

  • 10 oz baby spinach
  • 15 oz can quartered artichoke hearts
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry, and chop the fresh baby spinach.
  2. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.
  3. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and heat on high for 1 1/2-2 hours, or until hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
