- 28 oz. kielbasa, sliced about 1.5 inches thick
- 1 lb. red potatoes, cubed about an inch thick
- 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
- 1/4 cup honey mustard
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1 tbsp. cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Add the cubed potatoes to one side of the slow cooker.
- Place the sliced kielbasa in the center of the slow cooker.
- Add the trimmed green beans to the other side of the cooker.
- Drizzle the honey mustard evenly over the ingredients.
- Cut the butter into small cubes and distribute half on the potatoes and half on the green beans.
- Sprinkle the cajun seasoning over the top, adjusting to taste.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 5 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the amount of cajun seasoning based on your spice preference.
Using fresh green beans enhances the flavor and texture of the dish.
