  • Total Time: 3 hours 20 minutes
  • Yield: 6 popsicles 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled

Instructions

  1. Combine blueberries, banana, and yogurt in a blender and puree until completely smooth, adding liquid if needed for consistency.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about 1/4-inch space at the top.
  3. Cover with foil or the molds’ lids and insert sticks into the center of each mold.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.
  5. To serve, dip the molds in warm water briefly to loosen, then gently pull on the stick to release the pops.

Notes

For an extra fruity flavor, try adding extra fresh fruit pieces into the molds before freezing.
Ensure the mixture is completely smooth to avoid chunks in the popsicles.
