This Frozen Berry Margarita boasts an irresistible blend of mixed berries, silver tequila, and lime juice, creating a delightful drink for any occasion. Quick to prepare and bursting with flavor, it’s perfect for summer gatherings or relaxing evenings at home.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
  • 4 oz silver tequila or white tequila
  • 4 oz triple sec
  • juice of ½ lime plus more for rimming the glass
  • ¼ maple syrup
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • sugar for the rim
  • ¼ cup club soda
  • lime wheels and mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim your glass by rubbing a lime wedge around its edge and dipping it into sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine frozen berries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired. If it's too thick, add a splash of club soda.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into the rimmed glass, add a splash of club soda if you like, and garnish with lime wheels and mint leaves.

Notes

For added sweetness, consider using honey instead of maple syrup.
Feel free to adjust the amount of club soda based on your desired consistency.
