- 2 cups fresh peaches
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Peel, pit, and slice enough peaches to make 2 cups. Transfer to a food processor, add lemon juice, and blend until pureed.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt to the peach puree and blend until well combined. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.
- Fold the peach puree mixture into the whipped cream until well mixed.
- If desired, peel, pit, and slice additional peaches for layering with the ice cream mixture.
- Layer ice cream at the bottom, followed by peach slices, and repeat in a large loaf pan.
- Freeze overnight.
Notes
For a more intense peach flavor, feel free to add more fresh peaches between layers.
Consider adding crushed cookies or nuts as layers for added texture.
