- 9 large peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups light brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup softened butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375℉ and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Arrange the peeled and sliced peaches in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add softened butter and vanilla to the dry ingredients, mixing with your hands until crumbles form.
- Evenly sprinkle the crumble mixture over the peaches in the baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and peach juices are bubbling.
- Allow the crumble to cool for a minimum of 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use slightly firmer peaches for a better texture after baking.
Feel free to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top when serving for extra indulgence.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
