Ingredients

  • 9 large peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¾ cup softened butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375℉ and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Arrange the peeled and sliced peaches in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Add softened butter and vanilla to the dry ingredients, mixing with your hands until crumbles form.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the crumble mixture over the peaches in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and peach juices are bubbling.
  7. Allow the crumble to cool for a minimum of 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use slightly firmer peaches for a better texture after baking.
