Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
  • 1 tbsp. lemon pepper
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 cup caesar dressing
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the liner of a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle lemon pepper and onion powder over the chicken, coating both sides.
  3. Pour the Caesar dressing and chicken broth into the slow cooker.
  4. Sprinkle the grated or shredded Parmesan over the mixture.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  6. Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and serve.

Notes
