Ingredients

- 3 lbs. chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
- 1 tbsp. lemon pepper
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 cup caesar dressing
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the liner of a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle lemon pepper and onion powder over the chicken, coating both sides.
- Pour the Caesar dressing and chicken broth into the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the grated or shredded Parmesan over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and serve.
Notes
For a spicier flavor, add additional spices according to preference.
Serve with a side of vegetables or on a bed of lettuce for a refreshing meal.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
