Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs. cubed steak
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 oz. brown gravy mix
- 21 oz. condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 ½ cup beef stock
- parsley for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Place cubed steak in the slow cooker and sprinkle the onion soup mix over it.
- Add the brown gravy mix and the condensed golden mushroom soup on top.
- Pour the beef stock over the mixture, ensuring everything is well combined.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 6-7 hours.
- Once done, stir gently and serve over your choice of egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the quantity of cubed steak to your preference, up to 2 lbs. for larger servings.
This dish pairs wonderfully with a side salad for a complete meal.
Storing leftover cube steak in the refrigerator can enhance the flavors.
