Ingredients

  • 42 oz. canned peach pie filling
  • 15.25 oz. box vanilla or white cake mix
  • ½ cup salted butter
  • vanilla ice cream
  • caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray or rub down with butter.
  2. Add the peach pie filling to the slow cooker and spread it evenly. Top with the cake mix and butter pieces.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 2.5 hours or until the cake on top is cooked through and browned slightly on the sides.
  4. Serve hot, topping with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce if desired.

Notes

For a crunchy topping, add chopped nuts on top of the cake mix before cooking.
Serve immediately for the best flavor, but it can be kept warm in the slow cooker for a short time.
