- 8 oz pepper jack cheese

Instructions
- Crumble and brown the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
- Drain any grease and transfer the cooked sausage to the slow cooker.
- Shred the pepper jack cheese using a box grater or food processor, then toss it with flour.
- Add the grated cheese to the slow cooker along with butter, milk, and salsa verde.
- Cover and heat on high for 1-2 hours or on low for 2-3 hours until the cheese is fully melted, stirring every 30 minutes for even melting.
- Serve with tortilla chips for dipping or enjoy as desired.
Notes
For a spicier dip, you can add jalapeños or a hotter salsa.
Ensure to stir the mixture occasionally for the best creamy consistency.
