- 4 medium sweet potatoes

- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly and pierce them several times on each side with a fork.
- Lightly coat each potato with olive oil, using your hand to rub it evenly over the surface.
- Combine the salt and spices, then coat each potato evenly with this mixture.
- Pour water into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Arrange the sweet potatoes in a single layer within the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours until they are fork-tender; larger potatoes may require more cooking time.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding garlic powder or smoked paprika to the spice mix.
Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
These sweet potatoes can be served plain or topped with butter or your favorite sauce.
