- 13.25 oz. Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
- 1 cup coffee
- 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup salted caramel
- 1 1/2 cups whole pecans
Instructions
- Spray the slow cooker heavily with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, coffee, eggs, and oil. Mix until the batter is smooth, leaving some lumps if necessary.
- Pour the batter into the slow cooker.
- Set the slow cooker on HIGH and cook for 2 hours, or until the center is set, noting that cook times may vary.
- After cooking, remove the slow cooker insert and let it cool for at least one hour before adding the caramel to prevent it from sinking into the cake.
- Once cooled, pour the salted caramel over the cake and distribute the pecans over the top.
