Ingredients
Scale
- 12 regular-size marshmallows
- 12 lollipop sticks
- 2 (1.55 ounce) hershey’s milk chocolate bars
- ⅓ cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Line a plate or baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Insert one lollipop stick into the center of each marshmallow, ensuring it doesn't poke through the top.
- Break the Hershey’s chocolate bars into pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave the chocolate in 15-second intervals, stirring well after each interval until melted and smooth.
- Put graham cracker crumbs into a small bowl.
- Dip a marshmallow into the melted chocolate, turning it to coat the sides.
- Immediately roll the chocolate-coated marshmallow in the graham cracker crumbs to adhere the crumbs.
- Place the coated marshmallow pop on the parchment-lined plate or baking sheet.
- Repeat for the remaining marshmallows, coating each one.
- Refrigerate the pops for 5 to 10 minutes until the chocolate is firm, then remove from the refrigerator.
Notes
Ensure not to push the lollipop stick all the way through the marshmallow.
Microwaving chocolate in intervals prevents it from burning.
Chilling the pops helps set the chocolate quickly.
