- 1 ½ lbs baby gold potatoes, cut in half
- 14 oz. polska kielbasa
- 12 oz. green beans, cleaned and trimmed
- 20.5 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 oz. ranch seasoning packet
- 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning, Tony Chachere’s
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours until potatoes and green beans are tender.
- Stir the mixture, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to add other vegetables such as carrots or peas for extra nutrition.
For a spicy kick, increase the Cajun seasoning to taste.
