- 1 cup (267g) peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup (100g) Reese’s Pieces
- 1 cup (136g) finely chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare two cookie sheets with Silpats or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, egg, sugar, and baking soda. Mix well, either by hand or with a mixer. Stir in the Reese’s Pieces and chopped peanut butter cups until evenly distributed.
- Scoop cookie dough onto the prepared sheets using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop, then flatten each ball gently with a fork.
- Bake cookies for 8 minutes. Allow them to cool for 15 minutes before moving them from the sheets.
