- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp garlic aioli
- 6 morningstar vegetarian bacon strips, crispy
- 1 leaf lettuce
- 2 slices tomato
Instructions
- Crisp the vegetarian bacon strips on a skillet over medium heat, flipping halfway for even crispness.
- Lightly toast the two slices of bread and spread garlic aioli on the inside of each slice.
- Layer the crispy bacon strips, lettuce, and tomato slices between the pieces of bread.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding avocado or a slice of cheese.
Feel free to customize with your favorite greens or additional toppings.
Crisping the bacon strips can also be done in an air fryer for convenience.
