This Vegetarian BLT brings irresistible flavor with crispy vegetarian bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes, all slathered with garlic aioli for a perfect quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tbsp garlic aioli
  • 6 morningstar vegetarian bacon strips, crispy
  • 1 leaf lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato

Instructions

  1. Crisp the vegetarian bacon strips on a skillet over medium heat, flipping halfway for even crispness.
  2. Lightly toast the two slices of bread and spread garlic aioli on the inside of each slice.
  3. Layer the crispy bacon strips, lettuce, and tomato slices between the pieces of bread.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding avocado or a slice of cheese.
Feel free to customize with your favorite greens or additional toppings.
Crisping the bacon strips can also be done in an air fryer for convenience.
